الأسئلة الشائعة
No drilling, no tools, no fuss. They mount using our magnetic attachment system and slide straight onto the door card. Our customers regularly fit them in under two minutes. One bloke installed his in the post office car park before driving home. They go on and come off without leaving a mark.
This is one of the most common things our customers rave about. Owners doing 8-hour-plus drives say the armrests make a massive difference to fatigue, especially for the right arm while shifting. Several customers who do long-distance work or contract driving say they wish they'd bought them sooner. They genuinely transform the driving experience.
Our customers consistently praise the magnetic hold as strong and secure. Several owners use them on 4WD tracks and corrugated roads without issues. They can be repositioned forward or back to suit your driving position, and the magnets keep them firmly in place.
Yes, and that's actually one of the key benefits. Our customers say having the armrest at the right height means you can rest your arm, shift gears, and hold a coffee all in one natural movement. Most find the position spot-on for gear changes.
They can be made to fit the 40, 60 and 80 Series and the 70 Prado with a small bracket adjustment using our guide at https://70seriesstore.com.au/pages/armrest-modification-guide. The magnets may not hold on padded or vinyl door trims, and some 60 Series window mouldings can foul the cup holder. They're not designed for the 100, 105, 200 or 250 Series.
The box includes small clear protective pads. Stick them on the door paintwork where the magnets sit to protect the paint.
We've designed these for the full 70 Series range. Our customers have confirmed fitment on 76, 78, and 79 models, including older platforms like the KZJ78 Prado with a minor adjustment to the steel mounting plate. Regardless of variant, the feedback is they look factory-fitted.
The cup holder takes a drink container up to 7.5cm wide, so cans, slim bottles and standard cups fit well. Some owners find it shallow for stubby coolers, Yeti-style tumblers and larger takeaway cups.
Across hundreds of reviews, the most repeated comment we get is that they look factory-fitted. Customers describe them as matching the interior perfectly and looking like they came with the vehicle from Toyota.
Yes. The Pro fits every 70 Series body, including 79 Single Cabs and Workmates.
These are for the front doors. For the rear doors of a 76 or 79 Dual Cab, choose the Rear Cup Holder Armrests Pro, which have mounting brackets made for the rear doors.
They're sold as a left and right pair only. The pads, magnetic clips and cup holder inserts aren't sold separately.
